Refund Policy

At CODELEKTIV, we allocate specialized resources and professional time immediately upon project commencement. By signing the Work Agreement (SPK), the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following refund terms.
  1. Non-Refundable Deposit

    Once the Work Agreement (SPK) is signed or the Down Payment (DP) has been received, the payment is strictly non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Project Cancellation
    • If the Client decides to cancel the project at any stage after the signing of the SPK, the DP and any subsequent milestone payments already made are forfeited.
    • Cancellation does not exempt the Client from paying for work that has been completed and delivered up to the cancellation date.
  3. Third-Party Expenses

    Costs related to third-party services, including but not limited to Hosting, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, and API Licenses, are 100% non-refundable as they are paid directly to external providers.

  4. Service Suspension

    Failure to complete milestone payments may lead to service suspension, and any previously paid amounts will not be returned.
